Nicolas Duchêne joined the Board of Crescendo Capital SA in 2025. He brings over twenty years of senior leadership experience in private and investment banking. After starting his career at Arthur Andersen in Luxembourg, he held senior roles at BNP Paribas, where he led wealth-planning activities across Asia-Pacific.
In 2009, Nicolas joined REYL & Cie, where he played a central role in the group’s international expansion and concluded his tenure as Deputy CEO.
Based in Geneva, he combines cross-border private-banking expertise with deep knowledge of fiscal and estate planning. At Crescendo Capital, he contributes to the firm’s governance and strategic development, leveraging his global network and experience serving HNW and UHNW clients within a FINMA-regulated framework.

Andreas Stricker has served as an independent Board Director at Crescendo since 2019, advising the Executive Committee on regulatory and corporate matters. With over 40 years of experience in banking, he has held senior executive roles including CEO of GS Bank and COO at both UBP Group and Bordier. Andreas began his career at UBS in Switzerland and the UK. He is Managing Partner of STR Conseil SA, advising on M&A and strategic transactions. He holds a master’s in economics and an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and is a former officer in the Swiss Armed Forces

He currently serves on several boards, including as Chair of Audit and Risk Committees, and previously held senior leadership roles at Switzerland’s financial supervisory authorities, where he contributed to regulatory oversight and institutional supervision. Earlier in his career, he held positions across various Swiss banking institutions. Claude is a Swiss Certified Public Accountant and holds advanced diplomas in banking and finance from the Fiduciary Chamber School and the Swiss Banking School.

Wiesław has led landmark projects, including Poland’s first cross-border merger and family foundation. He also advises investment funds and public companies, serving on numerous supervisory boards. Recognized in Rzeczpospolita’s “Private Clients” ranking, he holds a law degree from Jagiellonian University and has been a licensed attorney-at-law since 1993.

As Head of Wealth Management, Douglas advises large families and entrepreneurs on asset allocation, investment strategy, and long-term wealth structuring. Douglas began his career in the City of London before moving to Banque Privée Edmond de Rothschild in Geneva. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the European Business School in London.

He began his career at Atlanticomnium in 2018 in fund operations and credit analysis, before becoming a Portfolio Manager in their Wealth Management unit. Michael holds an MSc (Hons) in Drug Discovery and Pharma Management from University College London (UCL) and a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine from the University of Nottingham.
