The Asset Management business of the Crescendo Group has through the years built in-house capabilities operating out of Geneva, partnering with top tier global investment firms and service providers. The goal of our strategies is to deliver high, stable alpha solutions to investors. We focus on opportunities that are less covered by peers and thus play to our strengths of origination, analysis and ultimately result in attractive returnsfor investors.

Private Debt
Our private credit strategies focus on secure, private credit investments primarily in lower middle to middle-market companies and target industries believed to be underserved by traditional sources of capital with a focus on self-liquidating transactions.
Real Estate
Within our broader real estate strategy, we offer Debt (mezzanine) as well as Sales and Leaseback funds. We operate in parts of the market that are underserved by traditional financing sources and can thus identify strong value propositions for our clients.
Venture Capital
This strategy seeks to provide investors with returns resulting from next-generation technology and innovation. Our team have for decades been sourcing and helping to create value in the technologies of tomorrow.
Multi-Manager Alternative Funds
For investors looking for diversified solutions, our team are experts at building robust commingled as well as customised solutions for investors. Strategies may include but are not limited to hedge funds, risk premia, alternative credit as well as many others.
Direct / Club Deals
Crescendo has a strong track record in offering unique direct and club investment deals. These strategies are mainly single opportunities that focus on yield, total return or both.
